Locations can now have some light settings (currently only three, but I am looking at global things here)
So Night is now possible and dulled rain looks.
The Location generation has spawned the following interesting places:

Interiors are now being created. currently there is no designation (so they are just rooms), but there are definite personalities coming through.
Rooms have different colours, finishes, contents, and now dressing.
So here are a few with my own descriptions added:

In a traditional rogue like you first need your character and their stats. So here is a completely different way of doing it:

First off there’s mist and fire!
Then we’ve got a pit and if you look really hard you can see there are spikes in the pit…
Oh and what about the rope bridge?
The edge of the map has now got an actual edge!
Plus items can now be carried (they appear on your head) and thrown!
